This dude goes off on a video that he posted on YouTube about how much he hates the Philadelphia Police. "Andre Moore will plead guilty to making terroristic threats and harassment. He will also plead guilty to corrupting the morals of a minor because his 12-year-old son shot the video." 23 months of house arrest!
