I have a hard time telling people 'No'. I feel like sometimes peeps take advantage of me because I'm a nice bxtch. ie. - 'Can I get a ride?' 'Can I eat your food?' 'Can I sleep on your couch?' I OFFER these things to my good friends, but others seem to jump on it.

Any suggestions?
